partner competition - feb 16th

Hey CFB people,

There is a "couples" competition feb 16th in Indiana. A few of us plan to sign up. It is 125$ per couple. If you want to compete, we need to get an idea of who is in! Talk to Lani! We need to sign up with in the next week or so.

12/31 - AM classes are normal, plus an additional 8am class. There are NO PM classes. You should probably be getting ready to go out, right?

1/1 - There are NO AM classes, because you should probably still be out partying. Or just passing out? Not sure which, but as much as we all love CrossFit, 5:30AM is too early on New Years Day. PM classes are normal.

12/26 5:30 am Class Canceled

5:30 am class will be canceled this morning.  I came down with the flu last night and I am sure no one wants to risk getting sick by my presents...Classes will resume on the normal schedule this afternoon once I can get coaches to cover.
