Sprints + DeadLifts + Pushups = Good Times!

This WOD did not look that tough on paper but it was a nasty one.  5 rounds for time of:


  • 100m sprint
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 push-ups
