Baseline

This week was an amazing experience for myself as a coach.  Monday everyone did their Baseline Ladder again and the results in just a couple of months are amazing.  Everyone was able to go down and back up the ladder and we caught the times at the half way point.  I proud to say that everyone improved on their times not just a little but a lot!  Ryan McRenyolds takes the cake, he went from 16:58 to 8:54.  That is what I call increased work capacity!  Anyways we also did this cool WOD of push-ups where you continue until you can no longer go then you preform 15 kettlebell swings.  Continue until finish 150 push-ups.  Check it out!
