It's That Time of Year

Hey all you CFB'ers it is time for the "12 Days of Christmas" WOD.  For those of you not familiar it goes just like the song and includes the following:

  1. Burpee
  2. Handstand Push-ups
  3. Deadlifts 225/155 lbs
  4. Box Jumps 24/20"
  5. Thrusters 95/65 lbs
  6. Kettle Bell Swings 2/1.5 pood
  7. Push-ups
  8. Pull-ups
  9. Clean & Jerks 95/65 lbs
  10. Walking lunges
  11. Wall Balls
  12. Oz beer (for those not of age it will be 12 power snatches)

Like I said it goes just like the song so at first it is 1 burpee then 2 HSPU - 1 burpee, then 3 deadlifts - 2 HSPU - 1 burpee and on it goes till you finish all movements.  And wait...I didn't even mention the best part!  The whole time we listen to really annoying christmas music like NYSNC, Mariah Carey, and barking dogs!  Jolly times are upon us my friends.  It all goes down this Saturday the 22nd starting at 8 am and running till we get thru everyone.  

Afterwards I will be hosting an ugly christmas sweater party at my new abode.  Awards will be given out for ugliest, most creative and, wtf.  So raid your mother's closet and find her puff paint snowman collage and join in on the fun.  I will be providing my famous grilled salmon for dinner and cheap keg beer.  If you want anything fru fru to drink you will need to bring it.  More details to follow.  And since it is the first gathering at the new place please feel free to bring a house warming gift!
