Although, that was a great test of fitness and anyone with a video camera was able to submit a score last year. Things that you will most likely see are: double unders, box jumps, chest to bar pull-ups, toes to bar, wall-balls, muscle-ups, and plenty of barbell work over the next 5 weeks.
