The North Central Regionals are this weekend at the Navy Pier in Chicago. All the event information can be found HERE. A few of us will be heading down Friday night to watch the whole weekend and if you want to join just give me a call and I can fill you in on where we are staying and such.
Otherwise our boy Ryan Beckwith is leading a crew on Sunday taking the 8:35 train from Harvard. If you would like to join him please arrive at the Harvard train station by 8 to get your ticket and meet up. He is the handsome man in the front right with #1365 on his forehead if you have not yet met. Oh and he swung the big kettle bell for the WOD today!
