Let's get into the first one at 8 am.  We are doing the Hero WOD:

Luce

Wearing a 20 pound vest, three rounds for time of:
1K Run
10 Muscle-ups
100 Squats

Captain Ronald G. Luce, 27, of the U.S. Army Company C, 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group, headquartered at Jackson, Miss.,

died August 2, 2009

in Qole Gerdsar, Afghanistan, after his vehicle was struck by a command wire improvised explosive device. He is survived by by his wife Kendahl Shoemaker and 5 year old daughter Carrie, and parents Ronald and Katherine Luce.

This is an awesome way to start off the the summer; to do a WOD in honor of one of our fallen Heros and then spend some time relaxing with our local hero (aka Mr. Miller) as he and his family cook us some delicious pig!  Party starts at 1 and Pig starts around 3.  Bring the family...all are invited! Bring some some booze to pass. Trust me there is more than enough food.  See you Saturday!
