The Annual Rockin' the Mud Challenge this year is September 20th. This is a must do event for all CFB athletes. For one it is local and two it has some of the best terrain of any mud run. Last year we had about 20 race this event and this year I would like to see that number at 40!

I recommend the 11:00 am heat as there is a better chance for it to be warmer.
