Last Saturday we all had a good time doing the WOD out at Big Hills park so I have decided to make it a regular weekend thing. So this Saturday the 23rd please join us at 8 am at Armstrong Eddy Park.
I have programmed an intense wod so be ready for some stares from the general public.
No Saturday Morning Class June 16th at the gym instead come out to Big Hill Park at 7:00.

Captain Ronald G. Luce, 27, of the U.S. Army Company C, 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group, headquartered at Jackson, Miss., died August 2, 2009 in Qole Gerdsar, Afghanistan, after his vehicle was struck by a command wire improvised explosive device. He is survived by by his wife Kendahl Shoemaker and 5 year old daughter Carrie, and parents Ronald and Katherine Luce.
Location: Entrance at Big Hill and Afton Road in Beloit.

Who is helping out on the move to the new space (Saturday, June 2nd)?
We will be performing the notorious WOD, "The Freak Show In The Back?", if you are not familiar, the name comes from the workers at PAC calling us that and it was the first partner WOD we did. Just remember that at all times the med ball has to stay overhead locked out. Or else it is burpees!
