Couple of weeks ago we did this 4 rounder and I want to apologize to all of you because it was a nasty one. But like true CrossFitters you guys endured thru it and finished it. Here are the details of this beast:
4 rounds for time of:
- 15 Thrusters 95/55 lbs
- 15 Pull-ups
- 15 Burpees
You can tell that it was grueling because everyone was laid out on their backs afterwards.
