I love this WOD.  20 minute AMRAP of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats.  Just a true test of moving your own body weight.  20 rounds for this one is the goal.  If you can do that your body weight to strength ratio is at an ideal level.  But don't be satisfied with that.  Always push for more!
