I came across this article today and I think everyone needs to read it. It made me reflect on all of the progression everyone has made however it has come at a cost. I know that a couple of us are nursing injuries from pushing ourselves a little too much. And I know that it has a lot to do with me pushing you. So please listen to your body and I will make a point to listen to you more. But!!!that does not mean to attack a WOD in defeat ever. Everything is scalable so let's make it so!
