CrossFit Totals

So this week we are going to be collecting our CrossFit Totals and right out of the gate we have seen some impressive numbers.  Karri pressed 45 lbs which is 10 better than her previous and also deadlifted over 100 lbs for the first time.  Her previous best was 90 lbs and this time she got 115.  Great job.  Also below is proof of Major's PR of 365 lbs dead lift.  Take a look, he pick that up like it was nothing!
