Happy BDay Young Blood!

Last Friday was young blood's 17th Birthday.  So to help celebrate we did a WOD in his honor called...well..."Young Blood"

17 Minute AMRAP of:

 

  • 5 Squat Snatches (because he is so good at them)
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 100m Sprint
