The 2013 CrossFit Beloit Nutrition Challenge has started...well it officially starts Monday. This weekend everyone should be prepping food for the up coming week. Today we did the first round of Cindy. We will be performing Cindy at the end of the challenge as well to see what improvements are had after treating your body properly for 6 weeks. If last year is any indication, I am expecting that the average improvement will be around 5 more rounds! Check out the video below for the fun today...16 people on the pull-up rack at 1 time!
