The Lurong Challenge starts this Monday September 18th, there will be a question and answer session at the gym this Saturday at 11:00am to help kick off the challenge.
If you have not been on the website there is a lot of valuable information and meal plans that will ensure a successful challenge. This weekend should be all about preparing to hit the ground running come Monday. Check out the meal plans and shopping list located HERE! It is also time to get that last cheat meal in, I know I will be making a trip to Anna Maria's for some pizza on saturday.
Starting this Saturday during the info session we will take measurements. I also highly recommend taking some before and after photos for yourself, these do not need to be shared with anyone. It is just a good visualization for what solid nutrition and clean living will do for you. As I have stated in class, I do not like the concept of dieting and look to this challenge as a way to make positive improvements in day to day life. Good habits that I can work into my normal routine. I love the improvement in my sleep, performance, and overall mood when I make the effort to focus on nutrition and I hope that through the Lurong Challenge you will see improvement in your life as well.
There will be a weekly prize raffle at the gym. To be eligible each week you only need to log each day on the Lurong Challenge website. The drawings will be held each Friday. There are also weekly prizes through the challenge, we have had a lot of athletes win in the past so make sure you put your full effort into each challenge.
