Hey all you CFBers...Please check out the new testimonial from Hana posted today. It is an amazing story that can relate to a lot of people and Hana was one of those that was able to step out of her comfort level and experiance what we all do from CrossFit. Thank you all that made an impact on her life!
If you have a story you want to share please send it in!
This Saturday August 4th there will not be a CrossFit Workout but please join us for the Milton Mud Challenge. If you haven't already signed up don't worry as you can sign up at the gate. Also there is a kids course for children of all ages so don't forget the little ones! Follow the link below for more details and location.
Other things going on this weekend as well. A lot of the CrossFit Beloit Crew will be downtown Beloit this evening at the Street Dance. Plenty of food, beer, and music to go around!
Also after the Mud Run on Saturday Seth will be hosting a BBQ at his house in Shopiere and put the invite out to all CFBers. The address is on the white board in the gym or you can give me or Seth a call. Shenanigans start around 4 (byob).

Hey all you Tough Mudders! In 5 weeks we will be running (or just getting through) a glorious 12 miles of mud and obstacle courses! So, this is the official unveiling of our team jerseys we will be getting...

In the comments section please do the following:
1) say how much you love this design (even if it isn't true)
2) tell us your nickname & number for the back of the jersey (if you don't have a nickname we will come up with a creative one for you!)
3) notice the creative placement of the poo in the work "f*ck" (much better than an asterisk)
Once we get the jersey samples in, we will ask for sizes.
For those of you that are interested there is a CrossFit competition in Waunakee Saturday August 25th. Looks like it will be a fun day...read below:

Smell that dairy-air? Yep, CrossFit Farmland’s 2nd annual “Fittest Farmhand Challenge” is back August 25th! Like last year, this will be a one day throw down. We will have 3 events in the Rx and Scaled divisions (2 for Beginners) with a tie breaker if necessary. Last year we didn’t incorporate as much farm-fun as we’d have liked, so this year we made sure it was a first priority. So bring your work gloves, overalls, and handkerchiefs. Seriously.
Here at CrossFit Farmland, we love to hard work and lifting heavy sh…tuff. This event will be a great opportunity to showcase your abilities. Come ready to bust your butt and perhaps be declared the “Fittest Farmhand”!
