Online payments, now accepted!

Hello CBFers!

Guess what!? Soon, we are going to be all technologically advanced and;

1) Accept membership payments over the interwebs (please use this for your December payment).

You will be able to set up credit card payments or bank withdrawal payments. Sweet…it is almost like we won't be living in 1996 anymore...

2) Require members "sign up" for classes/times they will be attending CrossFit

The main reason for this, is so we can schedule coaches accordingly. If we have a lot of people coming in a one class time, we want to ensure we have at least 2 coaches for that time frame. And…on the flip side, if no one is coming in for a class (Thursday @ 5:30PM seems to be everyone's rest day), then we don't have to sit there wondering if anyone will come in. 

Also, we plan to add additional class times.

You will see each week of classes. When you sign up for the first time, you will have to register as a member. After that,  you can sign up for all of the classes you are going to attend. You can sign up even a couple weeks in advance if you want to! Or, you can do it daily, if that works better for you. 

The sign up function will track your classes. If you are an unlimited member, it isn't a big deal. If you purchase the "punch card" option, once you have signed up for 12 classes, you will be required to purchase another "card". So, it is important to be accurate & come to a class if you sign up! If you cannot make it for some reason, be sure to cancel your sign-up for that day. This will ensure you get your 12 classes in before you have to buy another card. 

This new system will take a little getting used to, but please know it is for your benefit as members. 

Please sign up through the "schedule" link ASAP. We'd like to have this running smoothly by January 1st. So, we've got all of December to figure it out!

Pr's all around!

Did a little max effort this weekend with Lani and Reed.  And Pr's all around!  Lani hit 155 easily, Reed walked thru 225 and cleaned 235 multiple times!  I finally hit my year goal of 250!  Now just need to hit the snatch of 200 lbs.

Fran Fun

New Fran video from a couple of weeks ago.  Did it in 2:26 which is 16 seconds faster than last year.  Does not sound like much but to shave time off of a wod that is less than 3 minutes is pretty cool.  And I didn't even throw-up after...actually I did another harder wod "DT" about 10 minutes after.  Thanks to Rudy at The Outlaw Way for programing such a terrible day!
