Once we figured out a better placement of the arms Nick started to destroy this one.  Ryan made it thru round one at 225 and finished the rest of the work out strong at 185, Peggy had some great depth all the way thru, Vickie and Tammy both looked strong for their first time back squatting, Gary was hanging tough squatting with the 1.5 pood kettle bell and Kacey n Krissy stayed strong with solid form all the way.  Great effort everyone!

Games WOD 11.6 on May 1st

Just completed Games WOD 11.6 today.  I was happy with my results, gave it all I had for a short workout.  Special thanks to Jason for helping me video the action.  He is our newest member and had a stellar time for his baseline ladder of twelve and a half minutes.  He will be joining us on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings and again throughout the weekends.  So everyone please welcome him, there is a bright future for him with us.

Ryan's First Date with Fran

I think Ryan knows now why Fran is one of the most notorious WODs.  Great work for his first time around.  Notice that all of his squats are at full depth and I cannot help but envy his amazing shoulder flexibility at the top of the trusters.  Next time around Ryan will be doing unassisted pull-ups and I bet he will take minutes off of his time.
